Umami pricing

How pricing works

Umami Cloud bills by events. Each pageview counts as one event, and so does each custom event. If you store event properties, every stored property counts as one more event, so a site that sends detailed event data can use more events than its pageviews suggest.

The Price by volume table above shows how many events each plan includes:

• Hobby is free, with one website, six months of data retention and community support.
• Pro adds up to 20 websites and 10 team members, two years of retention, API access, data import, email reports and email support.
• Business adds unlimited websites and team members, five years of retention, session replays with a monthly quota, heatmaps, white-labeling, the streaming API and chat support.
• Enterprise is priced on request and adds SAML single sign-on, an uptime SLA, custom retention and invoice billing.

Reports such as funnels, user journeys, retention, revenue and attribution are listed on every plan, including Hobby.

On Pro and Business, events above the included amount are billed at a per-event rate listed on the vendor’s pricing page, and data collection continues. Both plans start with a 14-day free trial, and the regular price is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel. Plan changes take effect from the next billing cycle.
