How pricing works
Statable sells one plan and changes only its size. Every step includes every feature and an unlimited number of websites; what you pick is the monthly allowance. The ladder starts at $9 a month for 10,000 and ends at $169 a month for 10,000,000, with custom pricing above that. Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT where it applies.
The allowance counts pageviews plus custom events across every site in the account, not per site. Custom events include the outbound link clicks and file downloads the standard script records on its own, anything tagged with a data-statable-event attribute, and anything sent from your own code. Time on page is not counted. A site of plain content pages sits near the bottom of the ladder; one that fires several tagged events per visit climbs it faster, and the events of a small second site are added to the same total.
Annual billing takes at least a fifth off every step: 10K costs $7 a month billed once a year ($84), 100K $15 ($180), 1M $55 ($660), 10M $135 ($1,620).
There is no free plan for ordinary sites. New accounts get a 30-day trial that needs no card. One exception stands outside the ladder: sites on .edu, .github.io and .gitlab.io domains get permanent free access in exchange for showing one of the vendor’s public widgets on the site.
Two things this ladder does not do, which usually appear on comparable ones: the price does not change with the number of websites, and it does not change with the feature set — data retention is stated as permanent, and GA4 import, funnels and custom events are on the cheapest step. Everything rides on one number, and that number is traffic.
Questions and answers
What happens if I go over the allowance?
The pricing page does not describe an over-limit procedure, so treat it as unanswered until the vendor states one. Ask before you plan around it, especially if your traffic is seasonal: on some tools an overage stops collection, on others it locks the dashboard, on others it is billed per event.
Do the events of every site add up?
Yes. The total is counted across the account, not per website. With an unlimited number of sites on every plan, that is the trade the ladder makes: add as many sites as you like, but their pageviews and events share one allowance.
Is the free access for education and Pages a full plan?
It is full access with no limits and no billing, and it is conditional: the site must be on one of the three domain families and must show one of the vendor’s public widgets. It is not a free tier for everyone else, which is why this directory records the tool as having no free plan.
