How pricing works

Plausible sizes its cloud plans by monthly volume, described in pageviews, but the number that decides your plan is the total of pageviews and custom events across all sites in a team. Custom events include outbound link clicks, file downloads and form submissions, once you switch those measurements on, and events you send yourself. Each team has its own subscription.

The three self-serve plans use the same volume steps, shown in the Price by volume table above:

• Starter is for one site and one person. It includes goals and custom events, email and Slack reports, Google Analytics import and three years of data retention.
• Growth adds up to three sites, up to three team members, shared links and embedded dashboards.
• Business covers up to ten sites and ten team members and adds five years of retention, custom properties, funnels and user journeys, ecommerce revenue attribution, the Stats API, a Data Studio connector and a consolidated view of all sites.

For volumes above the largest step, SSO, the Sites API or more sites and team members, Plausible offers a custom Enterprise plan.

There is no free plan. The 30-day trial needs no credit card and includes the features and limits of the Business plan. Yearly billing saves the price of two months, and plan changes are prorated.

One month above your plan’s volume changes nothing. After two consecutive months above it, the vendor asks you to upgrade. Without an upgrade within a week, dashboards are locked while stats are still collected; they unlock at the start of the next billing cycle if usage is back within the limit.
